“ Obsessed!! Been here a few times and love it. Delicious food and drinks as well as friendly and attentive service, even during a busy Sunday morning. We were told that there would be a 30 minute wait for food since they were so busy (love to see it. a great problem for a business to have!) and didn’t mind waiting. Our food came much quicker than 30 minutes but we appreciated the communication. I don't live in the area but each time I visit I make sure to stop in. I love the Power Bowl (get the basil aioli on it) and the Blue Coconut smoothie (not pictured). Can’t wait to go back! ”
“ Had a very relaxing time at American Brew today, reading and enjoying first, a delicious espresso martini and a lemon poppyseed muffin, after this I had a simple syrup small iced latte, the espresso was very smooth. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing! I’ll definitely be coming here again in the future. ”
“ Very cool place. Hard-working staff got food and coffee out fast despite being very busy. Tasty Apple fritter, but they have lots of other more interesting food choices as well. My cappuccino was very good. Plenty of seating inside and out, but like I said, it was busy (for good reason) so I chose to eat outside. ”

They have a surprisingly large menu and each thing we ordered was amazing quality and tasted delicious. Their special sauces on their breakfast bowls stand out and packed with flavor. The barista was incredibly friendly and amazing, making the experience even sweeter. As I drove out of town on an icy yet sunny Monday morning, American Brew was the perfect stop to warm up and soak in some positivity. “ This place has the absolute best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had. I don't live in the area and it has become the standard to which I now compare all breakfast sandwiches. The bread rosemary thyme bread was perfectly toasted, the eggs (over medium) were perfectly cooked, the avocado was spread so that every bite included some and chunks wouldn't be falling out the sides. The included orange slice is something I normally would push aside but the thin orange skin was already removed so the orange sections came off easily and didn't have any of the rind taste. I would come back to VA Beach just to stop here for breakfast. ”
“ The food was amazing!!! Really enjoyed the Oklahoma not just for the backstory but it tasted ssssoooo good! The perfect mix between savory and sweet. And the coffee just adds to the whole experience. Love that you can have "adult" coffee!! Definitely get there early as it does get packed. ”
